DIGITAL AND CONTENT SPECIALIST (Inclusive Employment Vacancy)

As Digital and Content Specialist, you will be responsible for building, managing, and growing LCI BOGOTÁ's digital community across all active social platforms. You will act as the voice of the institution in the digital environment, generating conversation, strengthening brand reputation, and turning digital interaction into a strategic tool for prospect acquisition and student community loyalty. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will manage the institutional communication strategy, strengthening LCI Bogotá's presence in media, social networks, and events, coordinating outreach and engagement actions that boost the brand through results-oriented content strategies, analyzing audience behavior, and producing performance reports that guide decision-making. You will work closely with the design and audiovisual production team to ensure visual and narrative consistency across all channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and publish content across the institution's digital channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn,



YouTube), monitoring and responding to the community in a timely manner and aligned with the brand voice.
- Design and execute the monthly editorial calendar, writing copy for organic and paid posts, and managing campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Create and coordinate audiovisual content in collaboration with the design team, ensuring visual and narrative consistency across all channels.
- Generate periodic performance reports, analyze results, and propose tactical improvements based on data.
- Support digital coverage of institutional events and coordinate actions with brand-aligned ambassadors and influencers.

REQUIREMENTS (education - experience and essential requirements)
- Degree in Social Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Digital Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Community Manager or in similar digital marketing
