About the role
At Four Seasons Hotel Bogotá, the People & Culture Intern supports the daily administrative and operational functions of the People & Culture department. This role contributes to creating a positive employee experience by assisting in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and internal processes aligned with Four Seasons standards.
