The People Services Senior Generalist is part of the North America People Services organization and reports to the People Services C2R Lead in the Bogotá Hub, with a dotted-line relationship to the North America People Services Data Quality Manager. This role plays a critical part in ensuring data integrity, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across People Services processes.
The Senior Generalist acts as a key Workday and HR operations expert, supporting data quality audits, employee master data management, reporting, process documentation, system testing, and stakeholder support. The role also contributes to enhancing employee experience by driving automation opportunities, strengthening governance,



and providing guidance to People Services teams and business stakeholders.

Main responsibilities
Conduct daily audits of employee, payroll-impacting, and organizational data within Workday for the North America region
Identify data quality issues and partner with relevant stakeholders to implement corrections
Ensure integrity, accuracy, and consistency of employee master data
Maintain compliance with internal controls, policies, and governance requirements
Provide documentation and support for internal and external audits
Support People & Culture teams and business stakeholders with reporting, analytics, and data validation requests
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support operational and business decision-making
Analyze data trends and recommend actions to improve data qualit
