About the Role
We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Financial Controller to take ownership of accounting operations and financial reporting while helping transition the company's finance function from outsourced accounting to a fully in-house operation.
Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll own the General Ledger (GL), month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting controls, while supervising bookkeeping, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable activities.
This is a high-ownership role for a finance professional who enjoys building structure, improving processes, and delivering accurate financial information to executive leadership.
The position begins with a three-month contractor trial period, with the potential for a long-term engagement based on performance and business needs.

What You'll Do
Accounting Operations & Month-End Close
Own and maintain the General Ledger, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
