Customer Care and Sales Assistant – Andean

Where You’ll Make a Difference
Provide analytical support to sales teams through reporting, KPI tracking and performance insights
Prepare sales presentations and dashboards to support business reviews and decision-making
Monitor pipeline performance, identifying risks, gaps and opportunities
Manage customer requests including documentation, certifications and compliance materials




Coordinate product sample requests and follow up on timely delivery
Maintain and update customer platforms and required commercial information
Support vendor management activities, including purchase requisitions and follow-ups
Assist in travel, expense processes and internal administrative coordination
Act as a key link between Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Engineering or related field
1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales support or commercial operations (early graduates with relevant internship or practicum experience will also be considered)
Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data analysis
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
