Sanofi Global Services Bogotá Hub plays a key role in delivering best-in-class HR services across the Americas region. As part of the Employee Experience organization, the HR Services Analyst supports employees and managers by providing high-quality HR operational support, managing inquiries, maintaining employee data, and ensuring an exceptional employee experience through efficient service delivery.
This role acts as a trusted point of contact for HR-related questions and system support, ensuring compliance with general processes, local regulations, and agreed service levels while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Main responsibilities:
Manage HR inquiries from employees through phone, email, and case management tools
Provide timely and accurate support on HR policies, procedures, and systems
Record, track, and resolve cases in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs)
Deliver a high-quality customer experience while ensuring compliance with HR processes and guidelines
Support the creation and maintenance of knowledge articles and documentation
Support maintenance of organizational structures and position management within HR systems
Assist with organizational changes and master data management activities
Provide functional support for HR systems such as Workday, MyPortal, Qlik Sense, and other HR tools
Support international mobility processes and employee data management activities
Prepare and monitor reports related to data quality and data cleansing initia
