As a Client Onboarding Analyst at Citi, you will play a central role in how institutional financial clients are brought onto one of the world's leading banking platforms — managing the full account opening and maintenance process while serving as a primary point of contact across North America and Latin America (LATAM) portfolios. This is a bilingual, client-facing position that combines operational precision with project coordination, giving you direct influence over the quality and speed of onboarding outcomes across a general client base.
