About The Role:
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and post journal entries for monthly, and annual closings.
- Complete the preparation of monthly/annual financial statements, and internal reports for review.
- Record accruals and perform account reconciliations.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Maintain accurate records for multiple entities within the portfolio.
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and assist with variance analysis.
- Help gather documentation for tax filings.
- Collaborate with property managers, regional managers, and other third-party companies to resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Advanced English level is a MUST
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of accounting experience (internship experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Real Page or similar preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Other: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Range And Compensation Package
- Monthly salary: 5.500.000 - 6.000.000 COP
- Type of contract: Permanent / Indefinite contract
