What will your responsibilities be?
• Guide enterprise customers through complex software and network platform deployments to accelerate time-to-value and ensure long-term adoption.
• Translate intricate network architecture requirements into actionable monitoring strategies that provide immediate visibility into digital performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Engineering, to deliver seamless onboarding experiences for global enterprise clients.
• Leverage telemetry data to provide proactive technical guidance for troubleshooting and resolving connectivity issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by sharing critical customer feedback and technical insights with Product teams.
Requirements:
• Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in a customer-facing implementation, deployment, or technical consulting role.
• Technical knowledge: Advanced proficiency with LAN/WAN technologies and foundational network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, DNS); hands-on experience with network performance monitoring or observability tools; hands-on experience with programming or scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, or Bash) and REST APIs; familiarity with Cloud environments or SaaS ecosystems.
• Languages: Advanced / Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Location: Colombia.
