• Regional Employee Services operations across the Andean & Caribbean Market Unit.
• HR service delivery performance, quality, and SLA management.
• Process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Complex escalations and collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence and external partners.
• High-performing teams focused on operational excellence and employee experience.
