Brink's is seeking an accomplished Manager, Payroll to provide strategic and operational leadership for payroll services across the Andean & Caribbean Market Unit. This role is responsible for ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, governance, operational excellence, and an outstanding employee experience across multiple countries.
As part of our new HR operating model, this leader will play a critical role in driving payroll transformation, strengthening controls, and elevating service delivery throughout the Andean & Caribbean Market Unit.
What You Will Lead
End-to-end payroll operations across the Andean & Caribbean Market Unit.
Payroll governance, controls, compliance, and risk management.
Relationships with HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, and external payroll vendors.
Payroll process improvements, systems optimization, and operational excellence initiatives.
Development and leadership of high-performing payroll teams.
