About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a highly organized and execution-focused GoHighLevel Marketing Operations Specialist to support marketing execution, CRM automation, social media, and day-to-day business operations.
This is a hands-on role — not a strategy-only marketing position.
You’ll take ownership of:
GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM and automations
Email marketing and follow-up workflows
Social media and community management
Content creation and coordination
Executive and operational support
Lead generation and research
Program and membership administration
You’ll work closely with entrepreneurial leadership to ensure campaigns, communication, CRM workflows, content, and operational priorities are executed accurately and on time.

What You’ll OwnGoHighLevel CRM & Marketing Automation
Build and manage workflows inside GoHighLevel (GHL)
Create and maintain:
Marketing automations
Email campaigns
Nurture sequences
Lead follow-ups
Participant communication workflows
Maintain accurate contact and pipeline records
Monitor workflows to ensure automations execute correctly
Keep CRM data clean, organized, and up to date
Ensure no lead, client, or participant follow-up is missed
Social Media & Marketing Execution
Create, schedule, and publish content across:
LinkedIn
Facebook
Instagram
Online communities
Manage:
Comments
Direct messages
Community engagement
Social interactions
Support marketing campaigns, launches, and promotions
Track engagement and maintain performance reports
Ensure consistent brand messaging across channels
Executive & Operations Support
Manage scheduling and calendar coordination
Support leaders
