As an Accounting Assistant, you will support U.S.-based accounting operations, managing journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and month-end close activities in compliance with US GAAP.



You will collaborate with stakeholders ensuring accurate financial reporting and timely issue resolution. This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in U.S. accounting standards while contributing to a dynamic, international accounting team.

Key Responsibilities
Perform general accounting activities and reporting accurately and on a timely basis, including journal entry processing, accrual calculations, postings, and allocation processing.
Ensure the accurate reconciliation of reports and balance sheet accounts.
Assist with month-end closing activities and balance sheet reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, company policies, and procedures.
Coordinate with local offices and internal stakeholders through workflow tools and email communications to resolve issues and inquiries.
Respond promptly to user queries, providing support, follow-up, and escalation of identified issues when necessary.
