Huge is seeking a Talent Operations Manager to enhance the integral Talent Operations team with a focus on Colombia. You will ensure data accuracy, enrollment, onboarding, payroll, benefits and leave administration, reporting to the Talent Operations Lead.
Role requires coordinating with external providers, maintaining HRIS dashboards, and ensuring regulatory compliance across Colombia. You will report to the Talent Operations Lead and contribute to scalable programs and initiatives.
