Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with clients in the region.

Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a business related field.
- 2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
- 1 year of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns, projects, and relationships with customers or agencies.
- Deep experience within the media and entertainment, retail, travel, or finance industries, or in driving specialized digital marketing/advertising strategies.




- Ability to deliver data-driven, consultative analyses that quantify high-impact opportunities aligned with client goals. Investigative approach to building client relationships and effectively translating complex product value.
