Facilities Assistant Role summary
We currently have an opportunity for a dedicated and hardworking Facilities Assistant to join the Facilities Team.



The Facilities Assistant is responsible for delivering the day-to-day facilities services in our Jersey IFC5 offices. This is a multi-role position where you will be expected to work with and provide cover for the reception.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, log and distribute the mail to the appropriate teams, working quickly and accurately.
- Booking daily couriers as required - Including undergoing local hand deliveries as requested.
- Assist with stationery orders to replenish items.
- Monitor the Facilities ServiceDesk and complete any requests within the set time frames.
- Adhere to all company & client policies, procedures, site rules and regulations.
- Comply with all company procedures relating to Health & Safety and safe working practices.
- To work closely with the receptionists to ensure reception desk is manned and operating to agreed times.
