LATAM Accounting and Tax Supervisor

Position Overview

The LATAM Accounting and Tax Supervisor will provide regional leadership for accounting, tax, financial reporting, and compliance activities across Latin America, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP, local statutory requirements, and corporate policies.

This role will own the end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes across the region, ensuring balance sheet integrity,



financial statement accuracy, reconciliation completeness, and adherence to corporate reporting requirements. The position will play a critical role in evaluating accounting impacts arising from business activities, regulatory changes, and evolving reporting requirements while partnering closely with integral and regional Finance leadership.

In addition, the role will lead and develop a team of accountants, strengthen internal controls and audit readiness, support finance transformation initiatives, and serve as a key business partner to cross-functional stakeholders, external auditors, tax advisors, and outsourced service providers.
