Job Responsibilities

- Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and issue resolution.

- Follow company and client procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- English proficiency level B2 or higher.
- High School Diploma.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
