We're looking for a Customer Care Medical Data Reviewer (Taiwan Market) to join our Colombia Center of Competence (CCoC) in Bogotá D.C. as part of Project Athena.
The Colombia Center of Competence plays a key role in supporting ZEISS's integral operations by delivering high-quality clinical and operational services. In this role,



you will contribute to the Taiwan market by ensuring the accurate processing of ophthalmic prescription orders while collaborating with international teams in a multicultural environment.
Your Role
- As a Customer Care Medical Data Reviewer (Taiwan Market), you will be responsible for reviewing and accurately transcribing ophthalmic prescription orders written in Traditional Chinese (Mandarin). You will ensure the accuracy, quality, and confidentiality of medical information while supporting customer communications and contributing to operational excellence.
- The role will involve:
- Reviewing and accurately transcribing ophthalmic prescription orders written in Traditional Chinese (Mandarin).
- Verifying prescription data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures.
- Responding professionally and promptly to customer inquiries and requests via email.
- Identifying incomplete, inconsistent, or unclear information and escalating or requesting clarification when required.
