Rockwell Automation is seeking a DevOps Team Lead to guide a team of engineers responsible for CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and cloud infrastructure. You will balance hands-on work with leadership, coaching engineers, coordinating delivery, and partnering with development and operations to keep platforms reliable and secure.
You will report to the Engineering Manager and drive automation, security, and compliance across the delivery lifecycle in a hybrid work model.
