About the Role
We are looking for aJunior User Acquisition Manager (Meta) to join our Performance Marketing team and help scale our Meta acquisition channel. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in performance marketing and work with large advertising budgets. You'll learn how to launch, optimize, and scale Meta campaigns while working closely with experienced marketers, analysts, creatives, and engineers. We’re looking for a proactive, curious, and data-driven person who enjoys solving problems,



learning new things, and taking ownership of their work.
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ months of experience with Meta Ads (or strong practical experience through internships/courses, freelance, or personal projects).
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and campaign structure.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with numbers and performance metrics.
- Willingness to learn quickly and continuously improve.
- Proactive attitude and readiness to take responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- English level: Intermediate or higher.
