Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of overall development experience with 3+ years of hands-on RPA Automation Anywhere development, including end-to-end design and implementation
- Automation Anywhere Expertise: Proficiency in Automation Anywhere A360, including Bot Creator, and AARI
- Programming Skills: Strong foundation in Python; experience with REST APIs and web services integration
- Cloud Platforms: Experience using CI/CD pipelines for deployment
- Database Skills: Proficiency in SQL; experience querying and manipulating data across relational databases
- Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional (AARPA) certification
- Experience with AI/ML-augmented automation (document processing, generative AI integration)
- Exposure to regulated industry automation is preferred
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a structured, logical approach to process decomposition
- Excellent communication skills able to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments

- Process Assessment: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to assess existing processes, identify automation opportunities, and estimate effort and complexity
