About the Role

SD Marketing is looking for an experienced, client-facing Senior Account & Project Manager to join our team remotely from Colombia.

This is a full-time contractor position beginning with an initial six-month contract, with the potential to extend into a long-term full-time contractor relationship based on performance, team fit, and business needs.

This is not an administrative project coordination role.

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, leading client communications and meetings, coordinating digital marketing projects across multiple internal teams, and ensuring client strategies translate into completed work.

You will primarily support clients enrolled in our Accelerated Marketing Program (AMP), a comprehensive digital marketing program designed specifically for companies in the security industry.

We are looking for someone who can quickly learn our processes, understand each client's strategy and scope, take ownership of their accounts,



and keep work moving without requiring constant direction.

What You'll Be Doing
- Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Lead recurring client meetings, project updates, and strategy conversations.
- Prepare for client meetings by understanding current project status, deliverables, performance updates, outstanding approvals, and next steps.
- Coordinate client deliverables, timelines, feedback, and approvals across internal teams.
- Work closely with strategists and specialists across SEO, paid advertising, social media, email marketing, content, website development, and other digital marketing services.
- Translate strategy and client priorities into clear action items for internal teams.
- Track project status and deadlines consistently and address blockers before they create unnecessary delays.
