Intake Specialist - Personal Injury Law Firm (Bilingual English/Spanish)

About the Role
The Inkell Firm, LLC is a personal injury law firm based in Wilmington, Delaware looking for a driven, bilingual Intake Specialist to join our growing team. You will be the first voice a potential new client hears — and that matters. We handle MVA, dog bite, premises liability, and medical malpractice cases, and our intake team plays a direct role in connecting injured people with the representation they need.
This is a fully remote position. You will work closely with our intake team, case managers, and firm leadership in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
What You Will Do
- Answer and screen incoming calls from potential new clients in both English and Spanish
- Conduct thorough intake interviews and gather all relevant case information
- Enter all contacts and leads into GHL accurately and same day
- Follow firm SOPs for call handling, documentation, and lead management
- Collaborate with teammates and case managers to ensure signed clients move to onboarding smoothly
- Maintain assigned reports and tasks without delegation to peers
- Represent the firm with professionalism, empathy, and integrity on every call
What We Are Looking For
- Fluent in both English and Spanish — written and spoken
- Strong phone presence with the ability to build trust quickly
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed in a remote environment
- Comfortable with CRM tools and digital workflows
- Personal injury law firm experience a plus but not required
- Available during business hours from a reliable remote setup
