Yellowpop creates premium custom LED and neon signage for some of the world's leading brands, retailers, hotels, restaurants, and creative agencies.

We're looking for a hands-on sales leader who will transform how our sales team performs — a coach, motivator, and pipeline operator who turns good salespeople into consistent overachievers.

Your Mission

Own the performance of the sales team. Master our sales process, keep the pipeline honest, coach every rep on technique, and build a culture where targets are the floor, not the ceiling.

What You'll Do

*Team Leadership & Coaching*
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of B2B sales representatives.
- Run regular 1:1s, call reviews, and live deal coaching on technique: discovery, qualification, objection handling, negotiation, closing.
- Identify each rep's individual gaps and build personal development plans.
- Recruit, onboard, and ramp new salespeople.

*Pipeline & Performance Management*
- Own the sales pipeline: run weekly pipeline reviews, keep forecasts accurate, and kill stalled deals fast.




- Enforce CRM discipline (HubSpot) — clean data, correct stages, no surprises.
- Track and report on KPIs: conversion rates, cycle length, average deal size, quota attainment.
- Design and manage motivation systems: contests, incentives, recognition, and momentum.

*Sales Process Ownership*
- Learn our sales process inside-out, then improve it: playbooks, follow-up cadences, discount policy, handoffs.
- Ensure consistent execution of the process across every rep and every deal.
- Work with founders and marketing to align on targets, territories, and lead flow.

*Culture & Accountability*
- Set the pace: bring energy, urgency, and high standards every day.
- Create a culture of accountability where overachievement is the norm.
- Celebrate wins loudly and address underperformance quickly and fairly.

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years managing and coaching B2B sales teams, with a track record of tea
