We are looking for a proactive Dispatch Support Specialist to provide essential operational assistance to our US-based dispatch team, managing day-to-day administrative and logistical tasks that help optimize load procurement and keep our fleet and drivers running efficiently.

Responsabilities:

• Conduct check-ins with drivers twice daily to ensure schedule adherence.

• Coordinate and verify the timing of pickups and deliveries to support driver needs.

• Manage incoming calls on the primary line, routing inquiries and providing accurate status updates.

• Monitor and respond to email inquiries regarding shipment status in a professional and timely manner.

• Maintain real-time data integrity within the TMS, load boards, and other tracking platforms. Additional Support Duties at the Direction of US Dispatch Team

• Maintain communication with shippers to confirm the accuracy of orders and gather the paperwork needed for proper fulfillment.

• Generate orders within the TMS and assist with appropriate driver assignments.





• Design navigation guides and transit routing maps to support drivers on their trips

. • Help secure specific load bookings under the direction and oversight of the US dispatch crew.

Qualifications:

• Experience 1-2 years Prior experience in dispatch, logistics, freight brokerage, or customer-service support roles.

• Proficiency with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), load boards, and shipment tracking platforms.

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills for coordinating with US-based drivers, shippers, and the dispatch team.

• Comfortable managing a high volume of calls and emails with accuracy and professionalism.

• Detail-oriented and organized, able to work effectively under the direction of senior dispatch staff.
