The Cash & Trade Proc Assoc Analyst 2 is an entry level role responsible for assisting the function with any projects and initiatives related to cash management in coordination with the Transaction Services team. You'll learn the ins-and-outs of treasury solutions and gain hands-on experience supporting the products that keep global commerce moving. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented problem-solver who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Assist with setting up accounts for our integral clients, including cash concentration structures, account pricing, and target balance accounts.
Process client requests for new accounts and other services.
Help investigate and find solutions for operational issues, system errors, and client inquiries.
Research, identify, and recommend technology capabilities that enable the reduction of client inquiries and manual touchpoints.
Work closely with our partners in Technology, Product, and Client Service to ensure our clients receive the best possible support.
Participate in system testing,



operational readiness activities, and other projects to help us improve our processes.
Learn about operational risk and help the team maintain strong controls and procedures.
Assist in preparing communications and reports for team members and leadership.

Qualifications:
A strong interest in finance, banking operations, or treasury services.
0-2 years of experience in a related role. Relevant internships are a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
The ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
Comfortable using new software and systems, with a proficient understanding of emerging technologies.
Ability to work in a hybrid model and be in the office on team days.

Education:
Bachelor’s/University degree
Fluent in English
