Position Title: Mid Brand Content Specialist

Location: Bogotá, Colombia

What You Will Be Doing- Create and design branded visual assets aligned with employer branding, recruitment marketing, internal communications,



and social media initiatives.- Edit short-form videos, reels, and micro-content for digital platforms.- Develop captions and written content to support recruiting, employer branding, employee engagement, and brand campaigns.- Translate provided messaging into engaging and visually compelling content.- Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables following established guidelines.-
- Support content development for recruiting, internal communications, employee engagement, and brand initiatives.- Create content that highlights employee experiences, career growth opportunities, workplace culture, and the company’s employer value proposition through visual, written, and multimedia storytelling.- Partner with stakeholders to transform employee stories, testimonials, and organizational initiatives into engaging content that attracts and engages talent.-
