We are a US-based Voice AI and automation technology company serving the freight brokerage and logistics industry, looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our remote team and help grow our pipeline of qualified opportunities.
As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients. You will identify, engage and qualify potential customers, set the stage for our sales team and play a key role in expanding our presence in the US freight brokerage market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients within the US logistics and freight brokerage industry.
- Qualify leads and book meetings for the sales team.
- Manage and update lead and contact records accurately in HubSpot CRM.
- Communicate the value of our solutions clearly and professionally to decision makers.
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline contribution.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
Requirements:
- Logistics experience:experience in the logistics or freight brokerage industry.
- Sales experience:prior experience in a sales, SDR or business development role.
- English proficiency:advanced English.
- Schedule:ability to work full-time, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday.
- HubSpot:hands-on experience working with HubSpot CRM.
Nice to Have
- Experience with outbound sales tools and sales engagement platforms.
- Familiarity with the US trucking, dispatch or freight matching ecosystem.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a remote setting.
