Position Purpose:
Coordinate with Front Office, Clients,



and Vendors to execute purchase and sales transactions.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end trade control activities, ensuring accurate documentation flow and secure transfer of title across domestic and international transactions.
- Oversee daily inventory management, including reconciliation of physical commodity movements and monthly adjustments.
- Review and process international trade documentation to ensure completeness for payments and commodity nationalization.
- Execute trade settlement processes, including creation of inventory, AP/AR entries, cost accruals, and application of title documents.
- Coordinate and ensure timely payment performance for import and export transactions, including bank document presentation.
- Generate and manage commercial invoices, payment requests, and pre-payment advances for suppliers and clients.
