Medical Assistant - Billing, Coding & Healthcare Operations

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team and support clinical, administrative, and revenue cycle processes within an international healthcare environment.

This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage confidential patient information while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clinical support to physicians and healthcare teams.
- Assist with patient coordination and chronic disease management programs.
- Support medical billing and coding processes, ensuring accurate documentation and claim information.
- Perform insurance verification, eligibility checks, and benefits verification.
- Review medical records and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and billing requirements.
- Assist with claim preparation, follow-up, and resolution of billing-related issues.
- Coordinate patient appointments, medical records,



follow-ups, and reports.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient information in accordance with applicable regulations and company standards.
- Work collaboratively with clinical, billing, and administrative teams to ensure efficient healthcare operations.

Requirements:
- Advanced English level (B2+).:
- 1+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant, Medical Billing Specialist, Medical Coder, or similar healthcare role.
- Proven experience with medical billing and coding.
- Experience with insurance verification, eligibility, and benefits.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare documentation.
- Experience working with EHR/EMR systems and healthcare software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
