ScaleHouse Talent is a hyper-growth U.S. staffing agency built by industry operators. We play "Moneyball" with talent, specializing in the booming U.S. home services sector. We are looking for Hardcore Sales Recruiters based in Colombia to be the front-facing owners of our client relationships.

What You Will Do (The Role):
You won't just be sourcing in the background; you will be the Primary Point of Contact for our U.S. clients and the talent you place.
- Sell the Vision:
Aggressively pitch high-earning sales roles to experienced American salesmen.
- Hunt & Close: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, and your own grit to hunt down passive "A-Players" and convince them to make a move.
- Audit Talent: Conduct high-pressure interviews in flawless English to separate the talkers from the vigente producers.
What We Offer (The Reward):
- Base Salary: $1,400 - $1,800 USD per month (paid via traceable methods like Wise/Payoneer).
- Uncapped Commissions: Massive earning potential. Every placement you close puts more USD in your pocket.
- Monthly WFH Stipend: $60 USD for your high-speed internet and home office setup.
- 100% Remote: Work from anywhere in Colombia (Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, etc.).
- PST Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST.
