We are seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team and assist with various bookkeeping and accounting tasks for our construction clients.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 1 year of experience working with QBO (desired)
- At least 1 year of experience in construction accounting/finance,



ideally at an accounting firm working with construction clients or directly at a construction company (mandatory):
- At least 1 year of experience managing maintenance work orders in the construction industry (mandatory):
- Solid understanding of real estate accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English)
- Willingness to learn and grow in the real estate accounting field
- Familiarity with communication and collaboration tools (Slack, Clickup, Workspace)

Job duties:
- Assist with monthly bookkeeping tasks, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Support client communication and inquiries under the guidance of senior bookkeepers
- Contribute to the month-end closing process and report generation
