Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator with 6–8 years of hands-on expertise in Salesforce administration, platform configuration, declarative automation, and release management. The candidate will work directly with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, configure scalable Salesforce solutions, support deployments, and ensure reliable day-to-day platform operations.

This role requires strong communication skills, ownership, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

 Administer, configure, and maintain Salesforce environments to ensure platform stability, security, scalability, and performance.

 Engage directly with clients and business stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze business processes, and translate needs into practical Salesforce configurations.

 Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, approval processes, flows, reports, dashboards,



queues, assignment rules, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and role hierarchy.

 Manage users, licenses, access controls, security settings, sharing model, and data visibility across Salesforce environments.

 Design, build, test, and maintain declarative automation using Salesforce Flow and related platform capabilities.

 Plan and coordinate sandbox management, deployment activities, release schedules, and production changes.

 Support change management, impact analysis, testing, user acceptance, and production deployment readiness.

 Collaborate with developers, QA teams, business analysts, architects, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth release execution.

 Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve Salesforce production issues in a timely and structured manner.

 Prepare and maintain system documentation, release notes, configuration documents, and knowledge articles.
