Requirements

Required – Technical Skills

Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field

1–2 years of experience in application support or help desk roles

2 years of experience in Information Technology

At least 1 year of experience working with SQL

Knowledge of application support fundamentals

Knowledge of SQL and data validation

Understanding of ITSM processes and ticket management

Experience supporting business applications

Basic troubleshooting and incident analysis skills

Ability to learn new systems and business processes quickly

Ability to support Windows Server environments

Experience monitoring applications and operational processes

Responsibilities (Activities to perform)

Provide functional and operational support for PPM users

Support business applications and related infrastructure

Manage incidents, service requests, and user inquiries

Monitor alerts and escalate issues when required

Perform basic incident investigation and data validation

Support Windows servers related to business applications

Execute operational processes and scheduled activities

Track tickets through resolution

Escalate issues to specialized teams when necessary

Document solutions, procedures, and knowledge articles

Collaborate with technical and functional teams

Participate in training sessions to learn PPM processes and func
