Role Description

KECH Development is seeking a
Sales, and Marketing Intern
to join our
El Poblado, Medellin office
. This is a fully on-site internship designed for university students who want hands-on experience in digital marketing, branding, business development, and sales support within a professional real estate and private equity environment.

This role is idóneo for students interested in marketing, communications, assisting the CEO with daily tasks, social media, branding, sales, business development, or real estate marketing. Interns will gain practical experience in managing social media content, supporting marketing campaigns, assisting with sales outreach,



and helping strengthen the firm’s brand presence across markets.

This opportunity will begin as an academic credit internship and may progress into a paid internship, with the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance and business needs.

Candidates must be based in Medellin or willing to relocate to Medellin.

Responsibilities

● Assist in creating, scheduling, and managing content for social media platforms

● Support the development of marketing materials, presentations, and brand content

● Help with sales outreach, lead generation, and follow-up communications

● Assist in market research related to audience engagement, competitors, and industry trends

● Support digital marketing initiatives, including campaigns, email outreach, and promotional strategies

● Help maintain and strengthen the firm’s online presence and branding
