Customer Success & Accounting Associate

This role is ideal for someone with
1–3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting support, invoicing, and administrative tasks

. The adecuado candidate is someone who communicates quickly, follows up consistently, and can be relied on to respond promptly to internal and external requests.

The company operates in the
B2B veterinary and medical device space
, supporting products related to animal nutrition, intravenous fluids, veterinary clinics, pet shops, and other pet-care businesses.

You will support the complete
order-to-cash cycle
, from customer purchase orders through final invoicing, while maintaining accurate bookkeeping records and supporting customers, vendors, and internal accounting teams.





This is a part-time role requiring approximately 2 to 4 hours per day.

The salary range is $800 USD to $1,000 USD per month, depending on experience and seniority.

Responsibilities:
- Convert incoming
customer purchase orders into sales orders
, ensuring accuracy across quantities, pricing, customer information, and order details.
- Process
pick tickets received from the 3PL
and convert completed sales orders into customer invoices.
- Support the complete
order-to-cash process
, ensuring orders and invoices are processed accurately and on time.

bookkeeping and general accounting support
