Mid-Level Application Support Engineer
with strong technical skills, experience supporting enterprise applications, and the ability to work in critical, high-availability environments. This individual will be responsible for managing complex incidents, ensuring application stability, and serving as a key escalation point between IT Operations, Development, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams.
This position will play a critical role in supporting our ongoing migration to a cloud-native Azure platform while ensuring reliable 24/7 application support and operational excellence.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Required Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, or similar roles.
- Experience working in mission-critical environments with 24/7 operations.
- Proven experience managing and resolving enterprise application incidents.
- Experience collaborating with Development, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams.
- Experience conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing corrective actions.
Technical Skills
- Microsoft Azure administration and cloud operations.
- Kusto Query Language (KQL) for monitoring, troubleshooting, and log analysis.
- Intermediate SQL skills for database queries and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshooting and issue resolution in applications developed with PHP/Laravel and/or Python.
- Experience with CI/CD platforms such as GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar.
