Middleware & Kubernetes Administrator

We are looking for a professional to join our Infrastructure & Platforms team, supporting the administration, automation, and operation of middleware and containerized environments.

What will a typical day look like in this role?
- Administer and optimize middleware platforms such as WebLogic, JBoss, Apache, and ActiveMQ.
- Manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring service availability and stability.
- Automate operational processes and deployments while supporting the resolution of incidents and issues in production environments.
- Apply security, monitoring, patching, and documentation best practices across the managed platforms.

Job Requirements





Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field, with experience in middleware administration and container platforms. We are looking for a professional focused on the operation of critical business applications, process automation, and the management of Linux and Cloud environments.

Required Skills
- Kubernetes and Docker.
- WebLogic, JBoss, Apache, and/or ActiveMQ.
- Linux administration (preferably Red Hat).
- Scripting and process automation.
- Patch management, vulnerability remediation, and security best practices.
- CI/CD and automated deployment processes.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or similar Cloud environments.

*This position will operate in a hybrid work model.
