Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Freight Brokerage Sales Executive – Shipper Acquisition. The role involves identifying and prospecting new shipper accounts, building and managing a sales pipeline, and conducting outreach through calls, emails, and virtual meetings. The individual will negotiate pricing and service terms, prepare and deliver proposals,
and coordinate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and consistent service. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate CRM records, monitoring market trends and capacity, collaborating with carrier relations teams, and providing ongoing account management to drive retention and growth. The role also requires meeting or exceeding sales targets while representing ALI Logistics with professionalism and a focus on long-term customer relationships.
