The
Senior Account Executive Commercial
will be responsible for driving new business growth across
Central America and the Caribbean
by expanding access to Genesys’ modern customer experience technology within the commercial segment.

This role will focus on new logo acquisition, pipeline generation, and the development of strategic customer relationships across the region.

You will operate with a high level of autonomy, owning territory strategy, leading consultative sales cycles, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver strong customer outcomes. This position offers exposure to regional leadership, cross-functional partners, and high-impact commercial customer opportunities, with the potential to expand scope as the region continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute a territory strategy focused on new logo acquisition and commercial market growth across Central America and the Caribbean
- Identify, develop, and qualify high-value commercial opportunities through proactive prospecting, stakeholder engagement, partner collaboration, and market intelligence
- Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cy
