About the Role
We're looking for a Graphic Designer to support Kommit's internal projects on a part-time basis. You'll shape and maintain the visual identity of two of our core brands, producing everything from social media assets and presentations to edited video content for YouTube. This role is a strong fit for a designer who is versatile, self-driven, and knows how to leverage AI tools to move faster.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design visual assets that support and strengthen the visual identity of Kommit's core brands, including social media content, presentations, and marketing collateral
- Edit video content for YouTube, including cuts, transitions, subtitles, thumbnails, and on-brand visual elements
- Collaborate with different teams to translate ideas into clear, on-brand visual solutions
- Build and maintain design systems and brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all outputs
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate and enhance the design process
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Claude Design (or equivalent design tools)
- Hands-on experience editing videos for YouTube
- Strong command of AI tools to support and enhance the creative process
- Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and ability to work independently
- English level: B1 or higher
- Based in: Colombia
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for personal brands
- Familiarity with YouTube best practices
