We are currently seeking a
Video Game Designer (AI-First)
to lead and contribute across every phase of internal game development — from early concept ideation through launch and live operations. This role will own gameplay systems, progression design, balancing, player experience, and AI-assisted design workflows while collaborating closely with engineering, art, audio, and production teams to deliver engaging and scalable gaming experiences.
Position Summary
As a
Video Game Designer (AI-First)
, you will play a central role in defining the creative vision, gameplay systems, progression loops, and player experience across multiple game projects. You will own the end-to-end design process including documentation, prototyping, playtesting, balancing, iteration, and live content optimization. This is not a siloed design role — the idóneo candidate will combine strong systems thinking, player empathy, and technical collaboration skills with an AI-first mindset that leverages generative tools and emerging technologies to accelerate creativity and production workflows.
