About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Latin America to join our team and help us identify, interview, and evaluate high-quality candidates.
This is not just a sourcing or recruiting coordinator position.
We need someone who is confident conducting interviews, assessing candidate quality, reviewing test assignments and trial projects, and making clear recommendations about whether a candidate should move forward in the hiring process.
What You'll Do
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment and interview process
- Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct structured interviews in English
- Evaluate candidates based on experience, communication, competencies, and overall fit
- Review and evaluate candidate test assignments, assessments, and trial projects
- Identify strengths, concerns, and potential red flags during interviews and assessments
- Prepare clear and organized interview notes
- Provide hiring managers with hire / no-hire recommendations supported by evidence
- Coordinate next steps with candidates and hiring managers
