Senior Marketing & Communications Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a
hands-on Senior Marketing & Communications Specialist
to own and execute marketing communications initiatives across social media, events, PR, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage LinkedIn content, graphics, brand voice, and performance analytics.
- Plan and coordinate conferences, trade shows, executive dinners, and other events.
- Manage booth planning, marketing assets, swag, vendors, and event logistics.
- Write, distribute, and manage press releases.
- Support internal communications and company homepage/content updates.
- Identify opportunities around conferences, analyst relations, speaking engagements, and other B2B marketing initiatives.




- Work closely with executives and external partners to ensure strong execution and brand consistency.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Communications, B2B Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with social media, corporate events, and PR/communications.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable owning projects from strategy through execution.
- Experience in technology, SaaS, consulting, IT services, or professional services is highly preferred.
