Summary:

The Data Migrations Team manages the import and export of clinical source and clinical trial management data into and from the software platform. This role will work under the direction of the Data Migrations Technical Project Manager to support data migration activities for new clients.

The role is critical to the client onboarding process, ensuring accurate, timely, and seamless migration of existing clinical and trial management data to support successful system implementation and adoption.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Data Migrations Technical Project Manager to plan, execute, and track data migration projects.
- Act as the technical lead for the Data Migrations Team and coordinate technical activities and deliverables.
- Manage customer data imports, exports, transformations, and routine data changes.
- Develop SQL queries and data transformations to prepare customer data for migration.
- Troubleshoot data quality issues and perform data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.




- Conduct post-migration QA to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily scrum meetings and planning sessions.
- Work with customers and cross-functional teams to resolve migration-related issues.
- Document migration processes, mappings, and transformation rules.

Requirements and skills:
- Strong experience with
relational databases and SQL

- Strong experience with
Java and Spring Boot

.
- Hands-on experience in
data migration, transformation, mapping, and validation

.
- Experience with data transformation tools such as
Dataprep by Trifacta

.
- Experience with
Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

.
- Good understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data quality.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer-facing skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
