Strong English communication skills and prior U.S. law firm or U.S.-based legal experience are required.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Legal Research & Case Preparation
- Conduct case law and statutory research to support legal strategies.
- Summarize findings, prepare briefs, and compile case timelines and fact summaries.
- Gather, organize, and analyze case-related information to assist attorneys in case preparation

Document Drafting & Review
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and legal correspondence.
- Review, proofread, and organize legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare templates, client correspo5t4t43ndence, and reports for attorney review.

Administrative Support
- Manage and maintain case files, calendars,



and important deadlines.
- Schedule hearings, meetings, and appointments, and track court dates and filing deadlines.
- File legal documents promptly and maintain document organization systems.

Client Communication
- Assist with client intake and onboarding.
- Follow up on requested documentation and case details.
- Provide regular updates to clients and maintain clear, professional communication.

What We’re Looking For:
- Mandatory: Experience working in a U.S. law firm or U.S.-based legal company.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (C1 level or higher in English).
- A Bachelor’s degree in Law or current enrollment in Law School.
- At least 1 year of experience as a paralegal in a U.S. law firm or U.S.-based company
- Strong legal research, writing, and document management skills.
- Familiarity with specific legal practice areas (e.g., personal injury, corporate law, litigation).
