Event Planning Specialist / Campaign Specialist

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for planning, executing, and reviewing marketing campaigns related to the company’s iGaming business.

Plan holiday promotions, sports event campaigns, VIP/member activities, and brand awareness campaigns based on market demand and user characteristics.

Formulate activity proposals, rules, promotional copy, and execution workflows.

Coordinate with product, operations, design, technical, and customer service teams to ensure successful campaign implementation.

Tailor marketing proposals specifically for sports betting, slots, live casino, and other game types.

Gather and follow up on content requirements for promotion pages, banners, social media marketing assets, etc.

Track campaign data—including participants, active users, retention, conversion, and costs—and perform post-campaign reviews.

Continuously research industry and competitor promotional strategies to propose innovative ideas and optimization suggestions.

Ensure all campaign content complies with local laws and regulations,



platform guidelines, and responsible gambling standards.

Job Requirements

Associate degree or above; majors in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, E-commerce, or related fields preferred.

2+ years of experience in event planning, game operations, sports marketing, iGaming, or internet operations preferred.

Familiar with sports events and common gambling products; hands-on marketing experience in slots, live casino, or sports betting is a plus.

Strong capabilities in campaign planning, copywriting, and project execution.

Proficient in PPT, Excel, and other office software, with basic data analysis skills.

Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of driving cross-departmental collaboration.

Keen market sensitivity and strong creative thinking, with the ability to quickly adapt campaign strategies to market shifts.
