Position Overview
The IT Asset Management (ITAM) Specialist is responsible for governing the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise IT hardware assets, ensuring operational efficiency, data integrity, compliance, and cost optimization. This role oversees asset procurement, deployment, tracking, maintenance, refresh cycles, and secure disposition. The adecuado candidate brings a process-oriented mindset, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience with ITSM and CMDB platforms.



They will collaborate cross-functionally with IT, procurement, vendors, compliance teams, and business stakeholders to maintain accurate asset visibility and operational excellence. Your resposabilities will include:
Hardware Deployment & Provisioning
Provision and configure new and refurbished hardware for new hires, replacements, and project initiatives.
Coordinate end-to-end onboarding asset fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery and accurate system configuration.
Support break/fix operations for in-scope hardware (laptops and standard peripherals), including triage, vendor coordination, logistics, and repair/replacement processes.
Maintain accurate asset and Configuration Item (CI) records within the CMDB or Hardware Asset Management (HAM) system.
Lifecycle & Refresh Management
Manage hardware refresh programs, including user communications, procurement coordination, asset replacement, and retirement workflows.
