JOB DESCRIPTION

In this role you will play a key role in:

As a LIMS Engineer / Senior LIMS Engineer, you will be a key contributor in
supporting, enhancing, and evolving LabVantage LIMS deployments across a global
network of laboratory environments. In this role you will play a key role in:

Providing L2/L3 application support for LabVantage LIMS across 40+ global sites,
ensuring incidents, service requests, and problem tickets are resolved within
SLA timelines through effective troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Designing, developing, and implementing LIMS configurations,



workflows, and
customizations, supporting new feature development aligned with Quality and R&D;
business requirements
Managing system integrations between LIMS and laboratory instruments, ERP
systems (SAP/Oracle), MES/Manufacturing systems, and data platforms, including
API integrations and data migration support
Ensuring system compliance with GxP, GMP, GLP, 21 CFR Part 11, and ISO
standards, maintaining audit trails, validation documentation, change control
processes, and supporting IQ/OQ/PQ validation activities
Identifying and driving continuous improvement opportunities including workflow
automation, process standardization, and performance optimization, while
contributing to knowledge base articles and SOPs
